1.Host machineFirst. put the main machine on the precast concrete ground. after putting. make main machine level and alignment. the vibration platform’s four angles as the reference. requirement roughness≤1mm. finished that put the big hopper on the main machine.2.Conveyor belt Install the 6m conveyor or 8m conveyor( no digging absolutely). the way of installation conveyor has two ways. One is required the center of conveyor on straight line with main machine center. the top part of conveyor stretch into the big hopper opening about one-third. Another installation of conveyor required the center of conveyor is vertical with main machine center. at the same time the center of conveyor on straight line with small hopper center. 3.MixerMixer usually use vertical JQ350 or JQ500. required the mixer’s discharge hole aims to conveyor. make sure the material from mixer out can alight on the conveyor. Bolting the motor of mixer on the frame of mixer. adjusted the parallelism of motor’s vee belt pulley can according to the parallelism of mixer’s vee belt pulley. check the tightness of motor’s vee belt pulley. use hand press the belt pulley 2cm. that is ok. Finished adjustment. fastening bolt.( Put 10kgs 35-40# machine lubrication into the reducer of JQ350. put 15kgs 35-40# machine lubrication into the reducer of JQ500 ). 4. Oil partFinished installation. check the reducer. shaft sleeve. vibration box and every part which need to lubricate. add the lubrication oil.5. Setting date of electrical equipment.Finished installation of electric control cabinet. lead the power into the main machine distribution box. mixer and conveyor. put the knife switch neighbour side with the mixer. convenient to operation.(requirement the general power has leakage protection circuit broker ).General power uses wire specification: 3x16mm.Main machine uses wire specification: 3x6mm.Mixer uses wire specification: 3x4mm.Conveyor uses wire specification: 3×2.5mm.
