Q1: What machines do I need for this production?
A1: 1.the mixer is used to mix the material to be average 2.the conveyor is for deliver the material to the machine 3.the host machine for the machine forming 4. the automatic stacker Place the bricks on the board. stack them up. and move them to a dry place with a trolley 5.trolley and tools is free 6.you need choose the mould you want to do 7.pallet you can choose for loading and place the formed brick and place them here for drying. I suggest buy 300-500 pieces.
Q2: What bricks can be produced?
A2: Hollow.solid.paver in all size.Normally 8 inch.6 inch.5 inch.4 inch.If you need other size please contact me.
Q3: What is a pallet? What is its use in the production process?
A3: The pallet is actually used to place the newly made bricks during the brick production process. It is convenient for us to move the bricks to a dry and ventilated place before the bricks are completely fixed and wait for the bricks to dry and form.I will show you the picture and the video.
Q4:What is the machine output?
A4: Hollow 400x200x200 mm.4 pcs/mould .360pcs/hour.2880pcs/day.If you want to know other size.please send message to me.
Q5: Is there anything I can do without buying?
A5: 1)Mixer if you have.you can not buy.2) pallet is an optional part.which material is fiber glass.If you have in your local
market.some may do the wooden pallet is also can be used.It up to you.

2.It also makes the mould and the squeeze head works more precise.
3.The bed mould vertical vibration and upper mould compression vibration improving the efficiency greatly
