QT4-18 AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE
It is composed of mixer. pallet conveyor. molding machine. block conveyor. hydraulic station. and electronic console(PLC).
A.The power of the pallets feeder is supplied of the hydro-cylinder. and when after the demould process. the hydro-cylinder push the pallets feeder to make the pallets onto the vibrating platform and at the same time push the products into the block receiver. Then pallets feeder gets back and starts the next cycle.
B.Material feeder system: This system is made up with hopper. feeding box. feeding platform and conveyor system
C.The molding system is made up with the frame. vibrating platform. moulds and synchronizing mechanism system
D.The block receiver is made up of the frame. convey system and idler wheels. The product and pallet are conveyed to the front idler wheels with the motor and reducer and triangle belt. Then convey the products to the maintain yard manual or machinery.
QT4-18 BLOCK MACHINE
Machine installation plane arrangement should according to area. product technological requirements. In principle. it should make the mixer. pallet feeding. host machine molding. conveyor. curing and pallet recycle without interfering with each other. It should make as the installation foundation drawing.
Before installation. the worker should prepare the install plan and check the dimension of the foundation according to the drawing and make sure all levelness is same with the drawing and foundation should be poured with cement.

Common blocks capacity and Block samples

Changing moulds:

1.Discharge mould
Upper mould up .the down mould down.feeding box back .pallets feeder forward and hopper closed.(The block machine has the feeding color machine .draws out the bolt which connet the feeding color machine and block machine .and push out the feeding color machine ).Rise bottom mould 100mm .And draw out both sides M24 blots which fixed moulds.
Afterwards put two pallets under the mould box .press mould box button and let bottom mould down .At the same time .put one pallet on the upper mould. Immediately .press “pressure head down”button and the upper mould down to the mould box.
Use wrench draw out the four bolts which fixed the upper mould .Press the pressure head and rise up.Start the block conveyor .press “forward ’button . conveyor the upper and bottom moulds to the block conveyor machines .(Use a metal induction mould spacing before pallet machine forwards .otherwise the pallet feeder machine don’t move) .After conveyor the block .places the blocks with the small forklift.
2.Install the block mould
Put one pallet on bottom mould .then the upper mould one the bottom mould. Put the upper and bottom moulds on the block conveyor machine by using the small forklift. (Put 2-3 pallets on the block conveyor machine in advance.and put 3-4 pcs 20-30mm tubes on the pallet). Exchange the motor sequence of block conveyor machine and let the motor retrograde . Sent the upper and bottom moulds to the vibration platform port. Push the upper and bottom moulds to the above of vibration platform (when tube pipes on the mould bottom)by manual . Rise mould box .Aiming the screw hole and fix the bottom mould. Take out the pallet and tube pipes which paded down the bottom mould .
