QTJ4-35 Manual Block Machine
QTJ4 – 35 type block machine include normal concrete and lightweight concrete raw materials.can use river sand.mechanism sand.gravel.crushed stone.slag.stone and other materials.Meanwhile.it can also use cinder.fly ash.pumice stone.ceramic. perlite. shale and other materials.wide suitability.as long as the raw materials with the power electricity.it can be produced.
QTJ4-35 Block machine can be operated by a separate host machine. also can be equipped with belt conveyor. mixer and then constitute a simple production line.
QTJ4-35 Manual Block Machine Equipment Installation
(1)Installation site should be flat. to be a solid foundation. have raw material site and finished blocks site.(2)Consider items such as power. voltage. water. raw materials. water-resistant. moisture-proof measures.(3)Placed the host smoothly. if have conveyor belt. first installed hopper above. connect with conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is generally installed in the left or right of the host. 90 degree angle with the host. Then install mixer.make the discharge parts together with conveyor belt.blender alignment conveyor belt so that the discharge port. finally install the motor.(4)Connect the power from electric brake(There should be leakage protection) with host and mixer. conveyor belt.mixer.conveyor belt and electric brake usually placed in the side of mixer.for the use of operator.connect the power.adjust the direction of each motor. Under vibrators such as small vibration force.can turn the direction of one of the vibrator.change the two-phase power line exchange thread. You can achieve good vibration force.(5)After installation should be checked reducer. axle sleeve.lubricating parts and filling oil.you should fill 10kg 35 # engine oil or gear oil into the mixer.Check throughout screw.if loose should be tightened in time.(6)Simple production line can be divided into: Host (power of 9.7 kW). 6 meters conveyor belt (power of 0.75 kW). a small mixer (power of 5.5 kW).(7)The total power line can be use of 16 square meters.master switch use 100A leakage protection.it must be grounded before use.

Install the Mold and Adjustment
(1)Installed on the mold will need to be replaced on the mold from the lower mold box. the first small forklift placed on top of three pallets. will be followed the next mode on the mat have three small wooden pallet forklift. push vibration platform above the lower die on both sides of the four positioning holes molding machine on both sides of the alignment of the four bolts decline sleeve positioning board. slowly lower die lifting.(2)To be above all four bolts from the lower die 4 hole exposed stopped rising. remove the the vibration platform than the pallet.(3)Ash plate by scraping the flat top of the lower mold. the upper die of the upper mold and the upper mold gusset ash plate lift placed scraping above. slow the lower die lifting. after slight contact with the lower mold gusset stop upgrading to be the upper mold;4 holes the mat flat washer. insert the bolt. spin on the nut. do not tighten.(4)Take out scraping gray board.then increase the lower mold slowly.when the upper mold presser foot to be top of lower mod.stop rising;start the vibration above.vibration time is 2 to 3 seconds.fastening all the bolts join upper and lower mold after stop the machine.(5)The empty machine running slowly lift up and down mold.look at whether card mode of the upper and lower mold.if it have friction and the card mode phenomenon.should be adjusted to not card mode.
